For the Dwarahat retreat, please plan to arrive at least one day before the retreat starts. Those who wish to visit Babaji’s Cave should plan for one day extra either before or after the retreat. Only YSS members are allowed to participate.

Devotees who are above 70 years or below 12 years are requested not to apply, but they are welcome to visit at other time.

Please send your request in January 2011, informing name, Lesson Registration Number, gender, age, arrival and departure dates, and your telephone number. Confirmation letter will be sent in February 2011.

These retreat programmes are open to all devotees: men, women, and married couples. Men and women will be accommodated separately. There may be some exceptions in case of married couples of age 65 years and above.

These retreats will include group meditations, spiritual discourses, a video show on Gurudeva, and review
of meditation techniques by Yogoda Satsanga sannyasis. The participants are urged to maintain silence during
the retreat to deepen their attunement with Gurudeva and to build their inner environment.

If you wish to participate in any of these retreat programmes, please inform the concerned Ashram/Kendra/
Sadhanalaya at least one month before that retreat, giving your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail,
Lessons Registration Number, age, and dates of your proposed arrival and departure. You will then receive a
confirmation about your registration. There may be a registration fee which you need to pay in advance. Please
contact the concerned Ashram/Kendra/ Sadhanalaya for details.

Gurudeva Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda said: “When by discrimination and right action man ‘roasts’ all the seeds of evil tendencies stored in the mind, each microscopic brain cell becomes a throne for a brilliant king of wisdom, inspiration, and health, who sings and preaches the glory of God to the intelligent body cells. Men who have attained this state are really free. Such liberated beings are untouched by karma in future incarnations, and reincarnate only in order to wipe away the tears of the karma-bound. These liberated masters are haloed in invisible healing light. Wherever they go, they scatter the light of prosperity and health.”
