As group meditations at YSS Ashrams, Kendras, Mandalis, and Retreat centres have been cancelled as a precautionary measure, we encourage devotees to participate in online group meditations at the SRF Online Meditation Center.
We are happy to invite you to join the online group meditations led by YSS monastics, thrice a week.
The schedule is as follows:
7:10 am to 10:30 am – Energization Exercises followed by Meditation
6:10 pm to 7:30 pm (IST) – Energization Exercises followed by Meditation
6:10 pm to 7:30 pm (IST) – Energization Exercises followed by Meditation in different Indian languages. Please visit calendar page for details
We will begin by doing the Energization Exercises together along with the monastic video from the YSS/SRF devotee portal, followed by a meditation led by a YSS monastic.
It will start with an opening prayer, followed by reading, chanting, period of silent meditation, and conclude with Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda’s healing service and a closing prayer.
(NOTE: No instruction in the Energization Exercises is provided. Please learn them from the YSS/SRF Lessons.)
All of the above meditations will be hosted on the SRF Online Meditation Center and will provide you an opportunity to experience the benefits and blessings of meditating with other devotees.
There are two ways to participate in these live streams:
Option 1: Joining the group meditation via Zoom videoconferencing (which is how the SRF Online Meditation Center will hold their daily services):
Option 2: Tuning in to the group meditation via livestream broadcast:
