Self-Realization Fellowship sannyasi Swami Govindananda Giri discusses Paramahansa Yogananda’s teaching on meditation — not only do we want to experience God’s presence as peace, love, joy, in meditation, but we want to take that awareness with us during the day, no matter what’s going on around us. It is possible to do so as we gradually become aware of our true nature — and as we turn our meditations, and our lives, into a daily offering to the Divine.
