“Living Fearlessly — Overcoming the Causes of Stress and Worry” by Swami Jayananda Giri

Self-Realization Fellowship sannyasi Swami Jayananda Giri delves into the “very practical advice for dealing with fear” that Paramahansa Yogananda gives in his “how-to-live” teachings. “‘Living Fearlessly’ is a timely subject,” Swami Jayananda points out, “considering the many crises and uncertainties in the world today that push us towards fear.” But, he stresses, as yogis we can learn to push those fears aside and “replace them with courage — the ability to do what we need to do when it is required of us.” This ability comes naturally as we deepen our communion with the Divine through meditation.
