 A one-day online retreat was conducted by a YSS sannyasi on Sunday, February 14, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (IST). The theme of the retreat was “Practising the Presence of God” and included group practice of the YSS/SRF Energization Exercises, periods of silent meditation, kirtan, and an inspirational talk.
