A Historic Evening of Devotional Chanting, Kirtan, and Meditation
On April 18, 1926, thousands gathered at Carnegie Hall in New York City, USA, to hear Yoganandaji introduce the Indian tradition of devotional chanting to the audience, a sound — and an experience — unfamiliar to the America of the day.
We are happy to announce that an another transformational evening of chanting led by the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India sannyasis will be organized at our Noida ashram as we commemorate the 100th anniversary of Paramahansa Yogananda’s introduction of Devotional Chanting to the West.
