YSS sannyasis conducted a six-hour long meditation in honour of Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda’s avirbhav (birth) on Sunday, January 9 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (IST).

The meditation began with the Energization Exercises, followed by an inspirational reading, periods of chanting, and meditation. It concluded with Guruji’s healing technique and a closing prayer.

This event was conducted in two sessions:

  • Session I: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (IST)
  • Break: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (IST)
  • Session II: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (IST)
