Sadhana Sangam registration for SRF Members

Registration for all events starts on Jan 20, 2020 at 11 am (IST).

All students of the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons are welcome to participate in the Sadhana Sangams, by registering for any ONE event.

Due to limited seats, prior registration is required for all attendees. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is important to register at the earliest to avoid missing your preferred date/venue.

Please note that while you may have your meals at the respective venue, YSS will not be able to provide accommodation to SRF devotees during these events. You will have to make your own accommodation arrangements in hotels outside. We shall provide a list of nearby hotels. SRF devotees can choose to attend an event at any location other than Dakshineswar Ashram.

How to register

Summary of Steps -

Step 1

Language for technique classes at the event varies across locations and dates, and are mentioned in the calendar. Please review the list of Sangams. You may choose up to 3 Sangams in order of preference.
If we cannot allocate the Sangam of your first preference, we will try to allocate another Sangam as per your preference.

Step 2

Please send an email to YSS Helpdesk on – [email protected] with the subject as “Request for Sadhana Sangam Registration – SRF Member”
Kindly include all the below details and document scans for each member you would like to register for the event:

Please attach –
a. If Kriyaban – Scan of Kriyaban card
b. Else, scan of SRF Membership card

Step 3

Once we receive the details and your request is processed, you will get an email with a payment link. Please click the link to make the payment online via International Credit / Debit cards. The registration fee is Rs 1000 (INR) per person, but you may be charged additional currency conversion / other fees by your bank or card issuer as per their terms of service.

Please review the details in the email and complete the payment within 72 hours to confirm your registration. After 72 hours, the payment link will automatically expire and your registration request will no longer be valid if not paid.

Step 4

If your payment was successfully completed within 72 hours, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email from YSS.

Upon arrival at the event, please carry your SRF Membership card / Kriyaban card, as well as your Passport.

Since YSS will not be able to provide accommodation to SRF Members, it is important that you arrange your own accommodation as soon as the event registration is confirmed.
