Self-Esteem: A Spiritual Perspective

Mukti Mata (1922 – 2008), a sannyasini of SRF who became a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda in 1945, discusses the necessity of self-esteem from the perspective of the soul — the higher Self — and what it truly means to be successful at fulfilling the purpose of life according to the ancient wisdom of India that Paramahansaji brought to the world.
