About the Event

The world’s scriptures declare man to be not a corruptible body but a living soul; in Kriya Yoga he finds a method to prove the scriptural affirmation.

— Paramahansa Yogananda

On April 13, an inspirational discourse was given by Swami Kedarananda Giri in Telugu that addressed one of the deeper questions that a spiritual aspirant may encounter, “Who am I?”

This online programme opened with a period of group meditation which was followeded by the discourse. In this talk, Swami Kedarananda delved into the differences between the soul and the pseudo reflection of the soul (the ego), and how one can realize that we are souls — having forgotten that we are immortal, an eternal part of Spirit. By being regular in the daily spiritual practice and through practical implementation of the How-to-Live principles expounded in the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, one can move steadily towards this goal of self-realization.

This satsanga was live-streamed on our website and YouTube channel.
