We invite you to join us for a one-day online retreat which will be conducted by a YSS sannyasi on Sunday, October 24, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (IST).

The theme of the retreat will be “Changing Our Mortal Consciousness and will include group practice of the YSS/SRF Energization Exercises, periods of silent meditation, kirtan, and an inspirational talk. This retreat will be conducted in English.

Please review the retreat guidelines to help you prepare for this special one-day online retreat. The retreat will be conducted in two sessions:

  • Session 1: 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (IST)
  • Session 2: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (IST)
