How to Rise Above Pressures and Problems

In this talk with a period of meditation, recorded at the SRF Encinitas Temple in January 2023, Ranjana Mai explains that when we are doing too much at once, stress and worry will cause substantial issues; but by avoiding unnecessary activities and emphasizing moderation and simplicity, we will find we can then focus on things that are truly satisfying to the soul.
