In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship sannyasini Ranjana Mai shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how to find the peace and happiness which are truly lasting. We all want to experience inner peace and joy because that is the nature of our true Self, the soul. By affirming the truth of what we are and especially by practising meditation — we can manifest those soul qualities in our lives and find fulfilment to a degree beyond imagination. This talk was recorded at the SRF Glendale Temple in October 2023.
