We welcome you to attend a discourse in Telugu by senior YSS sannyasi Swami Smaranananda Giri, as we continue with our series of inspirational talks on the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. The talk is based on Bhagavad Gita’s interpretation by Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda in God Talks With Arjuna, the great Guru’s divinely inspired translation and extensive commentary on this beloved scripture.
In this discourse, Swami Smaranananda draws on Yoganandaji’s interpretation of verse 2 of Chapter I to explain how material desires and bad habits discourage a devotee from making the effort and how to overcome them by regular meditation.
