We invite you to join us every Sunday morning for a three-hour long meditation led by a YSS sannyasi in English and Hindi. The meditation begins with the practice of the Energization Exercises along with a recorded video, followed by a meditation guided by a YSS sannyasi. (NOTE: Instruction in the Energization Exercises is not provided. We request you to learn these from the YSS/SRF Lessons.)
The online meditation starts with an opening prayer, followed by an inspirational reading, and periods of chanting and silent meditation. Periods of silence may vary but are usually around 45 minutes long. The meditation will conclude with the practice of Paramahansa Yoganandaji’s healing technique and a closing prayer.
