We invite you to join us on the first Sunday morning of every month for a three-hour long meditation led by a YSS sannyasi in English. The session begins with the practice of the Energization Exercises along with a recorded video, followed by meditation guided by a YSS sannyasi.
The meditation starts with an opening prayer, followed by an inspirational reading, and periods of chanting and silent meditation. Periods of silence may vary but are usually around 45 minutes long. The meditation will conclude with the practice of Paramahansa Yoganandaji’s healing technique and a closing prayer.
As the pandemic situation is improving and things start to return to normalcy, we have resumed in-person group meditations at our ashrams and centres. In view of this, from April 2022, these Sunday monastic-led meditations will now be conducted only on the first Sunday of every month.
