Please join Swami Chidananda Giri, President and Spiritual Head of Yogoda Satsanga Society of India/Self-Realization Fellowship, for a special talk celebrating the 100th anniversary of Paramahansa Yogananda’s founding of the international headquarters of Self-Realization Fellowship atop Mount Washington in Los Angeles in 1925.
Lovingly named by him as the SRF Mother Center, this location was established by Yoganandaji as a training centre for SRF monastics, and the administrative centre for disseminating worldwide the ancient science of Kriya Yoga.
During a devotional programme held at the Mother Center in 1936, he prayed: “Heavenly Father….bless us that through our love for Thee we make Mt. Washington a heaven on earth…. May a portable heaven be established in the breast of each one who comes here to seek Thee.”
This special event with Swami Chidanandaji will be live-streamed from the SRF International Headquarters in Los Angeles and will be conducted in English. To hear simultaneous interpretation during the live event in Hindi, please see the instructions below the video.

- Join via Zoom (during the live event). We suggest joining a few minutes before the start of the event.
- Click the “Interpretation” button in the toolbar at the bottom of your Zoom window. (If you do not see that option, click the “More” button and then select “Interpretation” from the menu that appears.)
- Select Hindi from the list.
- Once the event begins, you will hear simultaneous interpretation in Hindi.
