In addition to the monastic-led meditations, we also offer meditations led by devotees on the weekly calendar of the YSS Online Dhyana Kendra.
Update:
On account of the five-day Sangam programme with Swami Chidanandaji starting Sunday, February 12, no online meditations will be held on the YSS Online Dhyana Kendra from February 11 to 17, 2023.
The programmes will be suspended after the evening meditation on Friday, February 10, and will resume with the morning meditation on Saturday, February 18.
