About the Event
— Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda
It gives us great joy to welcome YSS devotees to a special spiritual gathering at YSS ashrams, where spiritual programmes from the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) World Convocation 2025 will be screened. This unique opportunity will allow YSS devotees to immerse themselves in the spiritually uplifting vibrations of the Convocation while staying in the sacred environs of a YSS ashram.
The SRF World Convocation is an annual event that brings together truth seekers from around the world to dive deep into the Kriya Yoga teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. The 2025 Convocation offers a week-long programme filled with spiritual enrichment, including:
- Special meditation and satsanga with Sri Sri Swami Chidananda Giri, YSS/SRF president and spiritual head
- Group meditations
- Inspirational satsangas by monastics on how-to-live wisdom of Paramahansa Yogananda
- Classes on YSS/SRF Meditation Techniques — in-depth instruction on the Energization Exercises, Hong-Sau, and Aum techniques
- Kirtans and devotional chanting sessions to uplift the soul and deepen devotion
- Video presentations
This streaming event will be held simultaneously at YSS ashrams in Ranchi, Noida, Dakshineswar, Chennai and Dwarahat and will provide YSS devotees an opportunity to rejuvenate themselves spiritually, gain a deeper understanding of Gurudeva’s teachings, and improve their practice of the meditation techniques. YSS sannyasis will lead morning and evening group meditations, and will be available for spiritual counselling and guidance.
We encourage you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to not only rekindle your spiritual enthusiasm but also to experience the joy and blessings that come from meditating with and being in the company of other earnest seekers. Join us as we come together to dive deep into Paramahansa Yogananda’s life-transforming teachings and the tangible feeling of Divine Presence — blessings that are the hallmark of such an event.
Please note:

- Children below 12 years of age are not permitted.
