Online Meditations Led by YSS Devotees
(English and other Indian languages)

About the Event

In addition to the monastic-led meditations, we also offer meditations led by devotees on the weekly calendar of the YSS Online Dhyana Kendra.

Schedule

Each meditation will begin with the group practice of the Energization Exercises, followed by an opening prayer, reading from the spiritual diary, chanting, and a period of silent meditation. It will then conclude with the practice of Paramahansa Yogananda’s healing technique and a closing prayer. Please note that the chanting in each of these meditations will be both in English and the language in which the meditation is being conducted.
